Responsibilities
Work as an individual contributor at a steady pace, requiring little dependence on other team members.
Operate in a role with clear direction, established processes, and expectations.
Provide support and service in an environment free from competition.
Deliver detailed and accurate work by adhering to specific guidelines.
Actively participate in maintaining guidelines, structure, and established policies while working with others.
Meet clients and provide exceptional service to a diverse audience, handling routine, transactional, operational, and client support tasks.
Assist other departments as needed and maintain a strong rapport with clients and colleagues.
Work toward individual and banking‑center specific sales and service goals.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Skills
Previous banking, cash handling, or financial services experience.
At least 6 months of successful cash‑handling experience.
Bilingual language skills.
Passionate, motivated self‑starter.
Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
Strong work ethic and accuracy.
Logical thinking for analysis and sound decision‑making.
Ability to multitask efficiently.
Experience working with multiple computer and software systems.
Ability to perform calculations, such as cash back and percentages.
Work Environment
Committed to meritocracy and supporting associates in growth.
Tasks may require lifting, bending, holding arms overhead, and other physical activities.
May need to work overtime to the extent necessary, typically no more than 5%.
Flexible scheduling as business needs allow.
Incentive & Benefits This role is eligible for a scorecard‑based incentive plan that can significantly increase overall compensation. Incentives are earned monthly based on performance metrics outlined in the scorecard.
