Overview We’re looking for a part‑time Spanish Bilingual Peak‑Time Teller who is excited about daily work. UW Credit Union’s Fitchburg branch is hiring a Spanish Bilingual Peak‑Time Teller and welcomes you to apply! As a Spanish Bilingual Peak‑Time Teller, you will play a vital role for both teammates and members. Responsibilities

Be the face of UW Credit Union by providing front‑facing member service at the Fitchburg branch.

Achieve balanced scorecard results aligned with Members for Life.

Maintain a high degree of knowledge of all UW Credit Union products and services.

Ensure all member requests are processed accurately and efficiently.

Adhere to UW Credit Union’s Cash Management policies and procedures.

Research all teller transactions when potential errors are identified and communicate with affected members.

Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships by building rapport, uncovering needs, making recommendations, and submitting referrals.

Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

1 year of customer service experience.

Demonstrated ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds.

Excellent interpersonal and professional skills.

Team player who can confidently jump in where and when needed.
