Spieldenner Financial Group is looking for our next business partner to help us revolutionize the Mortgage Protection Industry. Our philosophy is to better our lives through bettering the lives of others through protection of families, personal and professional growth, and leadership training.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week – reach out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage with our company and schedule a time to meet with them to discuss mortgage protection coverage.

Research: 4-5 hours per week – dig into the information the client provided to customize options that meet their financial needs in the case of death or disability.

Meeting with Families: 2 days per week – meet with clients either virtually or in-person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply.

Administrative: 2 hours per week – follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

Requirements

Skill set isn’t everything. Entry-level is accepted.

Coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset.

Passion for people is a MUST.

Compensation & Benefits

Commission-only based sales position.

Average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family.

Expectation: a full-time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week.

Additional premium financial products available to help clients save for retirement or protect current retirement accounts (e.g., 401k’s and IRA’s).

Extensive training on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Uncapped commission plus a competitive bonus structure program and incentive trips based on individual and team results.
