Leasing Agent
to join our growing team! You will handle all leasing, resident activities and marketing. You will work closely with the community managers to better serve our residents. $14 per hour plus commission Full-time benefits offered (medical, dental, vision) Responsibilities
Market our fast-growing Apartment Homes. Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions Facilitate lease signings Host open houses and other community events Uphold community policies and procedures Verify and approve all prospective applicants following all fair housing laws Upkeep of the community grounds and apartment interior Qualifications
Lease experience preferred Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields a plus Affordable housing experience preferred Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases a plus Ability to build rapport with residents Excellent written and verbal communication skills
