Assist customers with requested services such as fuel, hangar space, catering, hotel accommodations, andtransportation such as rental cars and limo services
Communicate efficientlywith line service andpilotsusingground radio, and phone system
Solicit sales of fuel for all aircraft; provide pricing and delivery information
Responsible for settingup new customeraccounts, maintaining records, preparingaccountingreports
Successful handling of high volume inbound calls
Serve as liaison between the customer and various departments
Maintain current on local attractions and activities, and other information that provide valuable services to our customers.
Other duties and projects asreasonably assigned by theCustomer Service Manager
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience, experiencepreferably in luxury goods/services or aviation
Ability to successfully and efficiently multi-task with high attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to learn a multitude of new computer programs and aviation software
Must have a valid driver’s license and successfully complete background check and DOT look-alike drug test
Weekend availability is required
Work Environment The employee’s main work station is located at the front reception counter adjacent to an airport runway and aircraft ramp near an aircraft hangar in an airport environment. Periodically aircraft noise can be heard.
Compensation Hourly Range: $20 - $23
Schedule Varies Sun Air Jets benefits package includes competitive pay, per diem, 401K with an employer match, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) with company contribution, and paid time off (vacation and sick time).
