Cedar City Motor Co Is Seeking a Service Advisor to Join Our Award Winning Team in Cedar City, Utah
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction with their automotive service experience.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers about their vehicle service needs
Provide cost estimates and timelines for repairs
Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
Requirements
Prior experience in a customer service role
Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Organized and friendly personality
Time management skills
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
