Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in pastry business

Experience in management in current or previous position

Able to think from various perspectives without being bound by stereotypes.

Able to seek and accept new ideas

Strong communication skills

Training and coaching skills for subordinates

Business level Japanese language skills

English language skills at a daily conversational level

Experience as a pastry chef in a luxury hotel is welcome
