Responsibilities
Maintain instrument sets with meticulous sterility and readiness.
Position and drape patients as directed, anticipating the surgical workflow.
Assist surgeons and circulating nurses with precision, documenting processes for quality and safety.
Engage in preoperative preparation, intraoperative assistance, and postoperative turnover with a mindset geared toward efficiency, safety, and patient advocacy.
Operate within a culture that prioritizes mentorship, continuous improvement, and a respectful, inclusive environment where your voice and expertise are valued.
Qualifications Experience, proven surgical support skills, and a commitment to excellence in the operating room are essential. Prior OR tech or logistical support experience is preferred, but collaborative learning and growth within the role are encouraged.
