Position Overview:
We are looking for a
Leasing Consultant
to join our team at a vibrant 350-unit community in
Ft. Worth TX . The ideal candidate will have prior leasing experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of
ResMan
and
Knock
is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents
Assist with lease applications and renewals
Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the leasing system
Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure maximum conversion
Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs
Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new residents
Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and prospective tenants
Conduct lease renewals and help ensure resident satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
Previous leasing experience required
Experience with
ResMan
or similar property management software is a plus
Familiarity with
Knock
leasing software is a plus
Fluency in Spanish
is highly preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and attitude
Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
