CDL-A Driver | $1,800 Weekly | Home Weekly | Paid Stops

We’re hiring reliable CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree regional account based in Marengo, OH. This lane offers consistent freight, predictable routing, and weekly home time with solid pay and long-term stability.

Job Details

Regional, multi-stop routes

Driver hand unloads freight onto roller racks

1–5 stops per trailer

3–4 loads per week

Non-seasonal, steady freight year-round

Pay & Compensation

$1,750–$1,850 weekly (based on experience)

CPM up to $1.39 for new drivers on the account

Annual CPM increases up to $1.41 CPM

$1,200 weekly guarantee for first 60 days

$10 per stop Safe Stop bonus (approx. $600–$800 paid quarterly)

Home Time & Schedule

Home weekly for a 34–48 hour reset

Start Sunday or Monday

Routed home after the 3rd load of the week

Weekends off not guaranteed

53’ Dry Van trailers

Freightliner & International trucks

Manual and automatic transmissions

Approximately 50% of trucks with APU

Assigned trucks – take truck home

Hiring Area Drivers must live within:

50 miles of Cincinnati, OH

50 miles of Columbus, OH

75 miles of Damascus, OH (Cleveland area)

States Served

OH, MI, IN, KY, PA, WV, MD, NY, VT

Training

2-week training program (based on experience)

$240 per day during training
