Pay & Benefits Base pay
$100,000 – $400,000
per year. In addition you receive uncapped commission, a 4% 401(k) match, health, dental, vision insurance and a referral program.
Responsibilities
Convert live inbound leads into closed loans.
Guide clients through refinance, equity and purchase scenarios.
Verify credit, income, and documents with processing support.
Build strong client relationships and meet/exceed sales goals.
Qualifications
1+ year of mortgage experience preferred (not required if you can close).
Confidence handling live transfers and a high‑volume pipeline.
Driven, competitive and ready to win.
Location In‑person at Troy, MI 48084. Must commute or relocate before start.
