About The Role
We’re seeking an Ag/Commercial Lending Officer to build strong client relationships and manage a high‑quality loan portfolio. This role combines credit expertise with business development in the agricultural and commercial markets.
Location:
Fargo–Moorhead area
What You’ll Do
Interview prospective borrowers and assess credit requests
Analyze financials and structure loan terms
Prepare and present credit packages for approval
Oversee documentation and monitor existing loans
Manage problem credits and workout strategies
Drive new business and maintain client relationships
Mentor junior officers and engage in community activities
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Agribusiness, or related field
Strong underwriting and portfolio management skills
Proven business development ability
Typically 3+ years as an Ag or Commercial Loan Officer (entry‑level track available for qualified candidates)
