Core Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents
Lease market‑rate apartments according to Fair Housing standards
Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants
Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings
Process rental applications quickly and accurately
Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service during the move‑in process
Verify all move‑ins are fully completed, inspected, and documented
Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy
Monitor listing postings and advertisements
Assist property manager with tenant care and retention
Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Compensation
On‑target earnings of $46,000–$71,000 annually, combining an $18/hour base with significant performance‑driven commissions.

Successful Candidate Profile Knowledge & Experience
1+ year of leasing experience preferred; relevant sales, customer service, or hospitality experience will also be considered
General knowledge of multifamily leasing principles, including Fair Housing (preferred)
Experience with property management and leasing software (preferred)
High school diploma
