Our progressive and busy parts department offers a unique opportunity for the right individual. We are a multi-franchise automotive dealer group made up of both domestic and import car lines with multiple locations searching for team members with the following skills and attributes.

Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.
Responsibilities
Provide high level service to both internal and external customers.
Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email and in person.
Utilize electronic parts catalog and websites to source parts, accessories and information.
Provide accurate pricing and availability for retail, wholesale and internal customers.
Generate parts invoices and collect payment.
Place order for parts, accessories, tires and supplies from manufacture and various suppliers.
Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.
Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order, if necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year dealership parts counter experience required.
FCA (Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep or Chrysler) experience a plus.
Applicants must be 18 years or older, pass a background check and drug test.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
General automotive knowledge and component terminology.
Experience working with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Outlook.
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50lbs independently on flat surface, up stairs and ladders.
Ability to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts and percentages.
