Arkema is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to strengthen our Thiochemicals team and accelerate our commercial performance. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of inside sales activities, qualify new leads, and support key initiatives that shape our growth strategy.
You’ll work closely with Account Managers and internal partners to ensure seamless customer engagement, accurate pricing, and efficient contract management. With strong visibility and a clear development path, this role is ideal for someone looking to advance into account management or business development.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze Salesforce pipeline data to assess opportunity movement and conversion rates.
Prepare and present pipeline reports to commercial leadership.
Support proposal development, quotes, and customer-facing documentation.
Customer Engagement & Field Support.
Develop standardized templates for Quarterly Business Reviews.
Manage Carelflex® Mission Tracker and follow up with customers.
Provide support for New Business Development initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Monitor contract expirations and facilitate renewal discussions.
Collaborate with Finance on quarterly pricing updates.
Maintain pricing and contract documentation within CLM system.
Experience & Qualifications Required
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in inside sales, customer service, or commercial support; chemical industry experience preferred.
Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proactive and accountable with strong ownership of outcomes.
Strategic thinking and data analysis skills.
Cross‑functional collaboration and commercial acumen.
Results‑driven with strong time management.
