What You Will Do
Engage customers and deliver expert product advice.
Supervise daily store operations, including opening, closing, and security protocols.
Mentor team members to grow skills in customer service, sales, and daily operations.
Contribute to store and individual sales targets by implementing effective selling techniques.
Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
Oversee stock and inventory routines while collaborating with store management.
Proactively identify and resolve in‑store challenges to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal areas.
Highly organized with strong inventory, staffing, and operational management skills.
Comfortable mentoring team members and communicating with all levels of the store team.
Acts with confidentiality, urgency, and respect for a safe and fun environment.
Must be at least 18 years old at time of application.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Preferred: Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
Preferred: Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
