Administrative Leasing Agent
Our client, a luxury apartment provider, is hiring a temporary Administrative Leasing Agent for an immediate start! As the Administrative Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for daily job duties including answering phone calls and taking messages, scheduling property tours, providing backup services while concierge is conducting property tours, availability to assist residents with package pickup and deliveries, assisting residents with placing service requests and providing an update to completion of the request. Weekly reporting of number of calls, tours, applications, move ins and move outs. Additional job duties will be given daily. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in administrative support or a related field. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Skilled in calendar management and scheduling. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Leasing experience is preferred but not required. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday.
