As a Licensed Plumbing Service Technician, you'll play a key role in providing top-notch residential plumbing solutions while working alongside a team that truly cares. What You'll Do: Install, diagnose or repair residential plumbing systems with precision and care Perform upgrades to improve performance and efficiency Communicate clearly with homeowners, offering expert recommendations Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards What We're Looking For: Valid Maine Plumbing License & Proven residential experience Strong install or troubleshooting knowledge with customer service skills Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety standards Clean driving record and ability to lift 50 lbs Flexibility for on-call rotations when needed What We Offer: Up to 4% 401k match Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Short & Long-Term Disability 120 hours PTO after 90 days 48 hours holiday time annually Referral bonuses & family discounts Take-home truck, tool allowance, uniforms, phone & tablet Ready to join a team that values your expertise and helps you grow?
