Golf Membership Concierge (Full Time)
Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a friendly and responsible Golf Membership Concierge to join our team. Omni Frisco PGA Resort will provide north Texas with 127,000 square feet of event space, 13 new food and beverage outlets, an extravagant spa and a full entertainment district. Featuring two championship 18-hole golf courses along with a third short course, we will provide incredible options for our guests and local community for dining, events, and entertainment. As a Membership Concierge, you will serve as a professional in account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight and member/guest engagement at Club 1916 at Fields Ranch. In addition, this role supports the membership team and club management with administrative tasks and projects involving Club 1916 and Member Relations. Responsibilities
Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering the clubhouse. Coordinate reservations for tee times, dining, Omni Hotels & Resort stays for Club 1916 members. Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, ensuring extraordinary experiences. Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests. Initiate and maintain effective positive communication between members and Employee Partners. Assist in and be accountable for the timely completion of any projects as requested. Attendance at all relevant meetings. Promote and encourage member name recognition at all times. Maintains knowledge to appropriately educate members of club programming, events, pricing, and policies. Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources. Assists management in administration of company policies and procedures. Assist Membership team and club management in preparation and execution of planned member events. Qualifications
Minimum one-year administrative experience is required. Experience in a club, membership-based environment or hospitality is preferred. Proficient in computers, Excel, Word, highly preferred. Physical Requirements: The ability to sit and utilize telephone/computer for an extended period. The ability to walk and stand on feet for an extended period.
