In this position, you will play a key role in managing financial transactions, ensuring billing accuracy, and maintaining organized records across multiple entities. Responsibilities: Process and manage accounts receivable, including preparing invoices and handling collections in a detail-oriented and courteous manner. Ensure timely and accurate billing for multiple entities within the construction industry. Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Utilize QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report financial data. Assist with scanning and organizing documents to ensure HR and onboarding files are complete and up-to-date. Collaborate with team members to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Support accounts payable processes by verifying and recording transactions. Assist in monitoring the general ledger to ensure accurate and complete financial reporting. Prepare financial reports and summaries as required by management. Contribute to the overall efficiency of the accounting department by identifying areas for improvement. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and billing. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members. Familiarity with document scanning and file management. Problem-solving skills with the ability to reconcile accounts and resolve issues. Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.
