$25.00 per hour Schedule: Monday

Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Staffing Partner: Partners Personnel Position Summary: Partners Personnel is hiring for a Press Operator to join a leading manufacturing team in Landisville, PA. This position is responsible for operating a variety of press and molding equipment to produce magnet powder compacts and ensure high-quality output. Ideal candidates will have manufacturing experience and a strong mechanical aptitude. Key Responsibilities: Operate axial, transverse, and isopress equipment for pressing green magnet blocks Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and process control standards (PCS) Set up and maintain machinery, including installing proper tooling based on manufacturing routers Weigh materials and prepare for production runs Perform required preventative maintenance and clean work area and equipment Maintain inventory of wax powder for lubrication Operate various machinery, including: 15, 25, 30, 40, and 100-ton presses Lathe and blender Nitrogen boxes and lines Molds, hand press, balloon machine Magnetizer coils, isopress, transverse press Meet production and quality standards Record data accurately into ERP system, routers, logs, and control charts Conduct in-process inspections as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency Creativity and critical thinking in problem-solving Commitment to continuous improvement Teamwork, collaboration, and a willingness to assist others High level of integrity and alignment with company values A positive attitude and eagerness to learn Work Environment & Physical Demands: Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery and occasional noise Requires standing, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs Manual dexterity and visual acuity needed for machinery operation Ability to follow verbal instructions and comply with safety and quality standards
