3:00 PM About the Role Join a leading tile and stone distributor as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Slab Will Call Desk. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic environment. You'll assist walk-in customers, manage inquiries via phone and email, and ensure smooth order processing while working closely with the showroom, warehouse, and order desk teams. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the slab will-call desk. Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries via email/fax. Process tile and stone orders using internal systems and Excel spreadsheets. Serve as a direct contact for customers, providing sales support in person, over the phone, and through other channels. Ensure customers receive the best possible buying experience, timely product delivery, and after-sales support. Occasionally, escort customers to the slab warehouse to view products and collect samples. Skills & Qualifications Customer Service Experience: Face-to-face interaction (retail or administrative). Education: High School Diploma or GED. Technical Skills: Basic Excel proficiency and data entry into existing spreadsheets. Language: Bilingual
Spanish and English (Required) Industry Experience: Prior experience with tile, stone, flooring, or construction materials preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO 80238. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
