Good news, you're in demand. What fuels success here: High school diploma or GED required; technical training or Associate's degree preferred. 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (plastics or molding preferred). Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics. Forklift operation experience preferred. Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed. What you'll be doing: Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment and electrical systems (AC/DC, 480/240/120V). Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using appropriate tools. Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and preventive maintenance. Maintain molding machines, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and support systems. Respond to emergency maintenance needs and assist with continuous improvement projects. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings. Communicate repair needs and status with supervisors.
