Village Caregiving - Martinsburg Home Health Aide

Village Caregiving - Martinsburg is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide in-home care to clients in Charles Town, WV. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living activities to promote their comfort, safety, and independence in their own homes. Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Help with mobility and transferring to prevent injury and promote physical activity. Prepare and serve meals according to specific dietary guidelines. Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the supervisory nurse or family members. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a caregiving role is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform physical tasks required for client care. Reliable transportation to and from client homes. Pass background checks and meet any state certification requirements. Benefits
