Conduct title searches and examinations to ensure proper documentation. Scan and digitize title documents for efficient record management. Prepare preliminary title reports as needed. Collaborate with team members to address title-related inquiries and resolve issues. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to perform VLOOKUP functions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation. Previous experience in vehicle auctions or vehicle-related knowledge is preferred but not required. Ability to effectively manage large volumes of data and work with spreadsheets. Familiarity with title searches, clearing, and examination processes. Capable of scanning and organizing documents efficiently. Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with team members.
