Planogram & Visual Merchandising Specialist
We're looking for a Planogram & Visual Merchandising Specialist to support the development, execution, and maintenance of planograms across multiple retail categories in the pet retail industry. This role partners closely with merchandising, store design, and operations teams to deliver effective in-store presentations that drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain planograms using space planning software (e.g., Blue Yonder). Analyze sales, inventory, and trends to recommend planogram and space allocation changes. Manage multiple categories and ensure planogram accuracy and data integrity. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met for inline and promotional displays. Validate planograms through physical test sets and studio builds. Collaborate cross-functionally on merchandising projects, rollouts, and new display initiatives. Develop and publish monthly promotional planners. Provide labor estimates and support scheduling for merchandising initiatives. Qualifications: 1+ year experience with space planning software (Blue Yonder or similar preferred). Experience in visual merchandising, planogram development, or retail operations. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
