Shift: Monday 1pm-7pm, Tuesday 4pm-7pm, Wednesday 1pm-7pm and Friday 1pm-6pm. Location: 960 Rinehart Road Suite 1050 Lake Mary, FL 32746. Designs and implements a treatment plan of care utilizing practice standards and recommended techniques and modalities, insurance guidelines, and patient's needs. Assesses patient's ability to safely and effectively perform functional mobility skills, and evaluates muscle, nerve, joint, and integumentary systems. Monitors patient response to and progress in treatment, modifying treatment plan as appropriate. Provides discharge planning assistance and information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and follow-up services. Communicates appropriately and effectively with patients, family, and healthcare professionals within and across care settings and communities. Oversees care provided by certified physical therapy assistants and therapy technicians according to established regulations and practice standards. Qualification Requirements
