Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize end‑to‑end revenue processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to drive predictable revenue growth and operational efficiency
Serve as Salesforce Sales Cloud expert and system owner, managing configuration, customization, and administration for 1,000+ users including objects, flows, automation, validation rules, and security settings
Manage and optimize the complete sales technology stack and integrations, ensuring seamless data flow, system reliability, and alignment with business objectives
Partner with GTM leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and process improvements that enhance sales productivity
Build and maintain revenue analytics framework including dashboards, reports, and forecasting models that provide actionable insights to executive leadership
Drive data quality, governance, and integrity initiatives across all revenue systems, conducting regular audits and implementing standards
Lead cross‑functional projects to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize the customer lifecycle from lead to renewal
Analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and provide data‑driven recommendations to improve win rates, sales cycle length, and forecast accuracy
Manage CPQ and quote‑to‑cash lifecycle, ensuring accurate pricing, streamlined approvals, and compliance while maintaining seamless handoffs from sales to finance
Design, build, and maintain territory and account assignment frameworks to optimize coverage, balance workload, and support equitable quota attainment
Design and implement training programs and documentation to maximize platform adoption and enable teams on new processes and tools
Collaborate with finance, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment on KPIs, reporting standards, and revenue recognition
Stay current on industry trends, Salesforce releases, and emerging technologies to continuously improve revenue operations capabilities
Required Qualifications
4‑6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations roles, preferably in high‑growth tech companies
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) with expert‑level proficiency in Sales Cloud configuration and administration
Proven track record supporting large‑scale Salesforce implementations (500+ users) with complex integration requirements
Strong analytical and data management skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and revenue forecasting models
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and process improvements
Experience managing and optimizing sales technology stacks and integrations (CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement tools)
Strategic mindset with ability to balance tactical execution with long‑term operational planning
Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross‑functional initiatives
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable presenting to executives and collaborating with technical and non‑technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Salesforce Administrator (ADM 211), Platform App Builder, or other Salesforce certifications
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or other Salesforce products beyond Sales Cloud
Background in SaaS, B2B tech, or fast‑paced startup environments
Experience with BI/analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and sales intelligence platforms
Knowledge of revenue operations best practices, sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.), and go‑to‑market strategies
Familiarity with modern sales tech stack tools (Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, and automation tools
Strong understanding of change management principles and driving adoption across large organizations
Location The role is based in Palo Alto.
Annual Salary Range $140,000 - $200,000 USD
