Title: BIM Specialist - Electrical Location: Fond du Lac, WI Duration: Direct Hire / Permanent Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 DOE Overview We’re looking for a BIM Specialist who enjoys turning complex electrical designs into coordinated build-ready models. This role sits at the center of design and construction coordination, supporting project teams by developing accurate, well-organized BIM models that drive successful project delivery. You’ll work alongside engineers, designers, and project managers on a wide range of projects, contributing technical expertise while continuously refining modeling standards and workflows. Responsibilities: Create and maintain detailed electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit Translate design intent and construction documents into coordinated 3D models Model electrical systems such as conduits, cable trays, lighting, panels, and supports Develop models to LOD 300–400standards Incorporate clearances, access requirements, and coordination constraints Generate drawings and views to support construction and coordination efforts Participate in coordination reviews and resolve clashes or design challenges Track progress and flag issues that could impact schedules or constructability Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Hands-on experience modeling electrical systems in BIM Familiarity with construction documentation and coordination workflows Ability to work independently and as part of a team Solid organizational and time-management skills Why Join Work on diverse, technically engaging projects Be part of a growing BIM/VDC team with room to advance Collaborate with experienced professionals across design and construction Contribute to models that directly impact real-world builds FootBridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
