Provide a variety of procurement support functions to NDCS facilities and other teammates. Routine data entry entering, tracking and receiving purchase orders using the State of Nebraska's Payroll and Financial Center (PFC). Sort, compile, and verify the accuracy of source documents (paper/digital) before entry. Interact with NDCS Accounting and other customers (internal and external) to ensure seamless acquisition and payment experience. Assist with compliance and transparency protocols, reporting, and system research for problem resolution. Maintain files, both hard copy and electronic using various filing systems. Perform various tasks to assist with document preparation. Deliver quality administrative support while following proper procedures and policies. Work independently at a rapid pace with sharp attention to detail and accuracy to uphold service levels in processing high volume entry functions. Engage with NDCS teammates and other staff through clear and effective communication. Regular and reliable attendance is expected. Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Coursework/training in administrative/office support functions, procedures, and methods including the operation of personal computers, software and office equipment; or areas related to the programs and functions of the employing agency. OR Experience in office support services or public contact; or applying criteria/regulations; and/or performing administrative/office/secretarial support work including use of personal computers, software and office equipment. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Office applications. Minimum two years' experience/training/education in administrative/office/secretarial support functions. Excellent communication skills. Processing invoices and/or working with Accounts Payable to research/identify discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders. Other:

Applicants accepting a job offer must pass the following pre-employment exams in this order: physical exam/screening, and at a randomly announced time, pass a drug test.
