Compensation: First-year on-target earnings of $55,000$80,000 (Base + Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses) Career Path: Advancement to Licensed Sales Producer, Senior Sales, or Account Management Training: Paid training program + full support to obtain your Property & Casualty (P&C) license Tools & Support: Coaching, mentorship, scripts, modern CRM tools Culture: Collaborative team, supportive leadership, ongoing development What You'll Do
Learn foundational insurance knowledge, agency operations, and compliance Engage with prospects through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and community connections Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and present solutions Build and manage a growing book of business with long-term client relationships Use CRM and tracking tools to manage your pipeline and measure progress Work closely with agency leadership to continuously enhance your skills Who Thrives Here
