We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney with personal injury experience to drive case management from intake to resolution. This high-impact role involves supervising associate attorneys, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients. Competitive salary: commensurate with experience Performance-based bonuses: rewarding excellence and dedication Comprehensive benefits package: health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match: invest in your future Paid time off: including holidays and personal days Professional development: CLE reimbursement and ongoing training opportunities Collaborative work environment: work alongside a driven team of legal professionals What We're Looking For: Education & licensing: J.D. from an accredited law school and active Texas bar license (in good standing) Experience: 3-5 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience, including case evaluation, client management, and negotiations Leadership: proven ability to mentor associate attorneys and lead case strategies Client-centered approach: ability to maintain effective client communication and deliver high-quality legal representation Key responsibilities: Supervise associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on case work from intake to resolution Partner with the Director of Pre-Litigation to guide case strategy, compliance, and department goals Participate in case review meetings and help drive performance across the team Oversee investigations, medical management, and demand preparation Provide negotiation support and handle select settlement offers Conduct client consultations (PNC interviews/sign-ups) and ensure quality client communication Collaborate with the Director of Litigation for case vetting and litigation transfers Support compliance with statutes of limitations and internal legal standards Contribute to cross-departmental processes and reinforce firm core values
