At CCMSI, we don't treat subrogation as an afterthoughtwe treat it as a strategic recovery function that protects our clients' financial interests and ensures accountability when third parties are responsible. We are seeking an experienced Subrogation Specialist to investigate, evaluate, and recover liens and third-party liability exposures across multiple accounts and industries. This role requires strong jurisdictional awareness, negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage complex subrogation matters while partnering closely with adjusters, counsel, and clients. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned subrogation professional who takes ownership of outcomes, understands the legal foundations of recovery, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-account environment. Responsibilities

Identify subrogation potential on Multi-Line liability claims Investigate, evaluate, and pursue subrogation recovery in accordance with jurisdictional laws, client instructions, and Corporate Claim Standards Analyze liability exposure and aggressively pursue recovery from at-fault parties and insurers Coordinate investigative efforts with claim adjusters and internal partners Place responsible parties on lien notice and provide ongoing updates regarding recovery status Evaluate, negotiate, and resolve subrogation claims to maximize recovery outcomes Monitor statutes of limitation and prepare referrals to subrogation counsel when civil action is appropriate Assist subrogation counsel throughout litigation or recovery proceedings Recover overpayments related to duplicate coverage, workers' compensation, and no-fault claims Prepare reports detailing claim status, recovery efforts, payments, and reserves as requested Maintain accurate claim documentation, diaries, and compliance with audit standards Communicate effectively with clients, claimants, attorneys, carriers, and internal stakeholders Participate in hearings, mediations, or informal legal conferences when required Support client education initiatives, training sessions, or reporting needs as requested Qualifications

Required

5+ years of subrogation experience , Multi Line focus, some Workers' Compensation Active Florida Adjuster License or valid home-state adjuster license eligible for Florida reciprocity Strong knowledge of liability analysis, jurisdictional subrogation rights, and recovery strategies Proven negotiation and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple claims and priorities with minimal supervision High attention to detail, organization, and documentation standards Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Nice to Have
