Proposal Specialist
Safran Electronics & Defense, Avionics USA, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Proposal Specialist to support all administrative aspects of the bid and proposal process for aerospace opportunities. This role will work closely with Sales, Programs, and Contracts teams to ensure customer requirements are fully met and all necessary information is included in each submission. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the planning, development, and submission of proposals, ensuring deadlines are defined and achieved throughout the process. Collect quotes and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Oversee and update the Sales Funnel log. Support development, review, and finalization of proposals and related capture documents. Create and maintain a master proposal calendar. Schedule and coordinate proposal meetings and reviews. Review, edit, and proofread proposals and related materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Manage approval signature workflows. Oversee proposal document production, including printing, binding, and shipping. Maintain an organized archive of proposals after submission. Execute additional tasks and deliverables as assigned. Knowledge & Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite. Strong writing, editing, and document organization skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities; able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments to meet tight deadlines. Demonstrates a strong commitment to quality and a sense of urgency. Positive attitude with a proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team. Technologically savvy; experience with proposal management tools is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. But What Else? (Advantages, Specific Features, etc.)
This is a VIE position, so you will need to be eligible to this type of contract: 1 - Age: You must be between 18 and 28 years old when applying and registering on the Mon Volontariat International website.
