Paint Line Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 17.50 / hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Tuesday from 03:00pm to 01:00am) Hang, prep, and remove metal parts on the powder coat line Apply powder coating according to specifications Inspect coated products for quality, coverage, and defects Assist with touch-ups, rework, or adjustments as necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization in the paint area Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE Work with team members to meet production goals Powder Coat Associate
Paint Line Qualifications: Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks Lift up to 50 lbs as needed Prior powder coat or paint line experience is helpful but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to keep pace with production Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
