Document Specialist
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Document Specialist to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of accuracy in document preparation and digitization while meeting steady production targets to ensure our customers' data is processed securely and efficiently. In this role, you will: Execute the end-to-end document conversion process, including prepping, sorting, and scanning hard copy files into high-quality electronic images. Collaborate with the Digital Solutions team to reassemble and sequence records accurately after scanning, ensuring all internal documentation and tracking are completed. Ensure compliance with organizational standards by following strict quality control procedures and maintaining a clean, secure work environment for sensitive data. The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a fast-paced production, warehouse, or clerical environment where attention to detail was critical. Basic computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new imaging software and high-capacity scanning equipment. Proven ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while maintaining high accuracy and manual dexterity for document handling. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to follow complex processing instructions. What We Offer: Starting at $18.00 per hour. 6:00 AM
