This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced billing professional to step into a high-volume, corporate billing role with career growth potential. Schedule: First shift, MondayFriday Pay rate: $19.50 per hour Type: Temp-to-hire opportunity As a billing specialist, you'll ensure billing accuracy and efficiency while supporting both customers and internal teams. Daily responsibilities include: Managing customer contracts and generating accurate, timely invoices in the order processing system Assessing customer needs, building rapport, and ensuring satisfaction with every interaction Partnering with sales and operations teams to expedite documentation and transactions Monitoring billing performance metrics, including average days to invoice, contracts not invoiced, and on-hold billing Providing backup support to team members to maintain service levels Supporting accounts receivable in resolving queries and expediting payments Addressing or escalating customer issues as needed to maintain professionalism and service standards Participating in process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives We believe in rewarding great work with great benefits.
