As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, you will deliver life-changing care to individuals experiencing pelvic dysfunction while advancing your career in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This full-time role is split between our Arlington and Fort Worth outpatient clinics, offering the opportunity to build expertise in pelvic health while maintaining a small general orthopedic caseload. Whether you're an experienced pelvic health provider or a new grad with a strong interest in the specialty, this position offers mentorship, continuing education, and a welcoming clinical team to help you grow. Your Role: Provide evidence-based pelvic floor therapy for men and women, including pre- and postpartum diagnoses, incontinence, pelvic pain, and related dysfunctions Treat a secondary caseload of general orthopedic patients as needed Work across both Arlington and Fort Worth clinic locations with a consistent schedule Document care using Raintree EMR with AI-supported documentation tools Participate in ongoing learning and mentorship within a collaborative clinical team
