Immigration Attorney
to join our Fort Lauderdale office. This is a hands‑on, litigation‑forward role for an attorney who can manage a heavy caseload, advocate fiercely for clients, and navigate the full spectrum of U.S. immigration matters with confidence and precision.

What You’ll Do
Manage a diverse and active caseload with strict deadlines
Prepare and review immigration applications, motions, and briefs
Handle filings across family-based, humanitarian, and employment-based matters (VAWA, I-360, T‑Visa, I-914, U Visa, I-918, I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131)
Represent clients before
USCIS ,
EOIR , and other agencies
Attend USCIS interviews and immigration court hearings
Conduct legal research, analyze complex case issues, and advise clients accordingly
Maintain consistent client communication and case updates
Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards
What We’re Looking For
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in Florida
Minimum 3 years of Immigration Law experience
Strong command of U.S. immigration laws, procedures, and agency requirements
Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills
Ability to draft and review legal documents with precision
Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
Highly organized and comfortable in a high‑volume practice
Willingness to collaborate and train with senior attorneys
Schedule This is a
full‑time, on‑site
position in our
Fort Lauderdale office .
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
(No remote or hybrid options.)
