WHAT DO YOU NEED?
EPA certification
Experience leading an installation team
Solid communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Team spirit and a collaborative attitude
Hands-on heating and air conditioning installation experience -
preferred, not required
Boiler experience -
preferred
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR LEAD RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER?
Work from
7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Lead accurate and timely installations from beginning to end
Guide installers in wiring and setting up heating and air conditioning equipment
Perform quality checks to make sure everything's correct and prevent callbacks
Treat customers professionally, clearly explain the installation process and completed work, answer any questions, and address any concerns
Train junior installers and assistants on trade tools, operational processes, and safety procedures
