Business Banking Support Specialist

The Business Banking Support Specialist is a customer service and support role. They work directly with customer accounts, inquiries, and items directly related to client satisfaction while working under the direction of Business Banking Relationship Managers and Business Banking Relationship Analysts. Responsibilities include: Support sales teams in executing a One Bank strategy and growing market share. Retain and deepen client relationships by providing exceptional client experience and support that is knowledgeable, timely and professional. Proactively work to identify potential problems, compliance issues, and to maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship. Identify products and services that realize clients' unmet needs. Oversee risk and compliance obligations by ensuring timely and accurate adherence to all procedural, policy, and regulatory requirements Basic Qualifications - Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience - Typically, five or more years of job-related experience Preferred Skills/Experience - Experience working with business clients. Proven customer service and problem resolution skills. Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications. Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Location The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule. There's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week with the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. Pay Range: $29.23 - $38.94
