The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to support the leasing office with basic front-desk and guest-service tasks. Job Highlights: Greet prospective residents and visitors; provide community information. Answer incoming phone calls and assist with basic leasing inquiries. Log guest cards and maintain accurate front-office documentation. Support the leasing team with light administrative tasks such as filing, organizing paperwork, and handling keys. Assist with simple community tours if needed (property will guide you). What We Look For: Minimum 1 year of customer service, receptionist, leasing, or admin experience. Comfortable using basic computer programs for email and data entry. Excellent communication and professional front-desk presentation. Friendly, helpful attitude and strong customer-service mindset.
