Schedule: 1st Shift: 8:30AM - 5PM Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $18 / hour
Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact between customers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure shipments are prepared, scheduled, and delivered accurately and on time. This role requires strong communication skills, bilingual ability, and comfort working with computer systems in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and communicate with customers regarding shipment readiness and delivery timelines Liaise with freight forwarders and warehouse teams to confirm pickup and delivery schedules Track shipment status and proactively address delays or changes Provide timely updates to customers regarding orders and deliveries Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, shipments, and schedules Enter and update shipment and customer data in internal systems Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and efficiently Support daily customer service and logistics operations as needed Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues.
Job Requirements: Bilingual
English and Spanish required Strong computer skills and proficiency with basic office software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
