As a Supervisor, Midstream Pipeline Operations, you'll lead a team responsible for efficient pipeline gathering operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting safety and compliance requirements. You'll play a key role in aligning daily execution with broader business goals, driving performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Lead and support four work groups, including pipeline locators and field technicians involved in pipeline removal, construction, repairs, and soil remediation activities. Ensure timely completion of required paperwork and DOT/Company documentation. Stay current on operational requirements, policies, processes, and safety standards; complete all mandated safety and regulatory training (Computer-Based Training). Monitor and enforce safety rules, participate in safety meetings, report hazards, and foster a safe work environment for employees, customers, contractors, and the public. Maintain effective and professional relationships with customers, responding promptly to their needs. Ensure contractor work performance and adherence to company safety policies. Assist with pipeline leak surveys, corrosion programs, and the use of Pipeline Leak Survey equipment, ensuring proper documentation. Utilize P66 Midstream GIS systems and maintain effective communication with GPS updates. Support DOT compliance efforts in collaboration with the Pipeline Integrity Department. Drive key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze reports and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Guide team development through coaching, training, and performance feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements. Manage departmental budgets and track progress against financial goals. Assist with public awareness compliance and routine right-of-way maintenance. Adhere to all company Fleet Policy guidelines. What You'll Bring (Required) High School Diploma or GED equivalent 3 years of experience in pipeline maintenance and construction activities. 3 years of experience in midstream pipeline gathering operations. Extensive knowledge of excavation practices and pipeline safety. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Demonstrated understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, including DOT, EPA, and OSHA standards. Willingness to respond to after-hours calls and work flexible or irregular schedules as needed. What Makes You Stand Out (Preferred) Associates degree in a technical discipline. 5 years of experience in pipeline maintenance and construction activities. 5 years of experience in midstream pipeline gathering operations. Familiarity with SAP Supervisory experience. Contractor oversight and collaboration skills. Strong track record of ensuring accountability and delivering consistent results. Ability to manage complexity and solve problems using data-driven insights. Skilled at building effective teams and aligning them around shared goals. Comfortable navigating change, influencing others, and driving continuous improvement. Compensation Range $137,700 - $160,700 base salary range for position. Midstream The Phillips 66 Midstream business is a safe, reliable, and trusted provider for the movement, storage, gathering, and processing of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals. We are an industry leader in logistics and operate or manage more than 70,000 miles of pipelines that transport crude oil from oil fields to refineries and finished products from refineries to storage terminals. We operate 39 terminals that supply finished products to consumer gas stations, as well as crude oil and NGL storage terminals and NGL fractionation facilities.
