Support and comply with all Company policies and consistently adhere to Company mission statement Demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism to both internal and external clients Provide weekly planner to management, adhering to Company requirements Maintain open and consistent communication with sales staff, management and customers Attend Company mandated industry events and staff meetings Attend scheduled quarterly meetings with Operations Manager Complete scan/quality control of files Survey borrowers with regard to service received and their overall experience Verify key information and request missing documents from borrowers Open loan internally within 48 hours of receipt of Opening Request Notify Loan Originator as appropriate at each stage in the process Submit prepared loan packets for underwriting Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred). Previous experience in mortgage lending, banking, or a related field is a plus. Strong understanding of mortgage loan processing and industry regulations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
