The Imaging Specialist will act as a clinical partner to imaging sites across the network. This is not a traditional sales-driven or OEM-style applications role. Instead, the focus is on protocol optimization, site onboarding, clinical quality, and ongoing enablement across MRI and CT environments.
Key Responsibilities Support onboarding and enablement of outpatient imaging sites for MRI and CT, both remotely and on-site Optimize and help standardize MRI and CT protocols across multiple locations and scanner platforms Provide hands-on clinical troubleshooting and guidance related to image quality, workflows, and edge cases Serve as a peer-level clinical resource to technologists, helping address real-world challenges in busy imaging environments Collaborate with internal clinical, operations, and product teams to continuously improve imaging quality and consistency Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical playbooks, training materials, and best practices Build strong relationships with site technologists and clinical leaders, driving adoption through credibility and collaboration
Who They’re Looking For ARRT-certified MRI and/or CT Technologist (ARRT(MR) and/or ARRT(CT)) Strong recent experience in a clinical imaging environment (outpatient imaging center or hospital-based) Solid understanding of MRI and/or CT workflows, protocols, and day-to-day operational realities Comfortable working across different scanner types, vendors, and site environments Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with technologists and clinical stakeholders Interest in transitioning into an industry-facing role while staying close to patient care and imaging quality Willingness to travel nationally
