Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Enter and update data into company databases and systems with a high level of accuracy. Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data-related tasks. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Proven experience in data entry or administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database systems. Strong typing skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
