Location: Cumming, GA 30041 Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm EST & Friday 7:30-1:30 Duration: 6 Months Job Description: The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR II draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for lab testing while maintaining patient comfort. To successfully perform this job you will demonstrate the skills and competencies needed to collect specimens in a way that ensures quality of the lab results. The PSR II will ensure that the lab is prepared for patient visits, billing and insurance are accurately and efficiently processed, and that the most advanced technology is used to check for potential errors in the blood collection process. This may require interacting with other departments.
