Cheese Production Line Operator
Responsible for general assembly tasks associated with the packaging of quality cheese products. How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Manually apply cheese and ingredients to the appropriate production line Perform manual packaging tasks such as bagging/wrapping/labeling/boxing/palletizing Restock packaging materials into machines such as boxes/tape/glue/film Monitor production flow, remove bad product as needed and potentially reapply it to the line Ensure documentation performed is in accordance with policies and procedures Ensure product quality through multiple inspections/tests and documentation of those activities Set up, adjust, monitor and perform general operating maintenance on production equipment Report noncompliance of production issues to the leadership teams Validate ingredients and material used in the production process Ensure paperwork and inventory systems transactions are accurately completed and performed in a timely manner Handle and use cleaning chemicals and perform sanitation duties Other duties as assigned You Are Best Suited For The Role If You High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and understand instructions. Maintain good sanitation and housekeeping practices. Comply with all quality system and regulatory requirements. Work in a safe and efficient manner. Requires regular attendance.
