Human Resources Generalist
Supporting the HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, retention, employee relations, and timecard collection. This role will require experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment and the ability to support a large hourly workforce. What you'll be doing: Lead full cycle recruiting for hourly positions (posting, screening, interviewing, offers, on-boarding). Build and maintain strong hourly pipelines; coordinate onsite hiring days, walk-ins, job fairs, and community outreach. Support employee retention through on-boarding, new hire orientation, and employee engagement activities. Collect, verify, and submit time cards to ensure accurate processing. Partner with the HR Manager on employee relations, investigations, coaching, and policy administration. Maintain HRIS data integrity, employee personnel files, and weekly hiring metrics. Respond to employee questions on benefits, attendance, and HR policies; escalate issues appropriately. Assist with training coordination and annual HR programs and communications. Perform other duties as assigned. What you'll need to succeed: Minimum 3 years of broad HR experience with a strong recruitment focus. High-volume manufacturing experience is required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, and follow established processes. Education & Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
